A selection of some of the outstanding Street Art I have seen in Berlin over the last few weeks.
Where I have dedicated a post to an artist I have added a link to their name so just click through to see more. I have also added links to a number of the artists’ own websites.
Fin DAC
Seeing Fin DAC painting at Stroke Urban Art Fair has to be one of my Street Art highlights of the year so when I found out he also painted a piece at YAAM while he was in Berlin I had to go and see it.
INTI
INTI is another artist who was showing at the Stroke Urban Art Fair and it was a lucky coincidence that I saw this piece at YAAM as it was just yards form the Fin DAC piece shown above.
I’m always pleased to see work by El Bocho. I was gutted that I didn’t get to see a new ‘Voodoo’ character called ‘Bad Girl’ that he put up on Dircksenstrasse. By the time I got there some idiot had already torn it off the wall.
Jenaro
This was my first encounter with Jenaro‘s work (as far as I know). I’m looking forward to seeing more.
I spotted this ALIAS on a backstreet by chance and think it is probably quite an old stencil but still in very good condition.
A big ‘Thank You’ to @jeroenvanmarle who let me know about these two street sign interventions that I think are by CLET. Both designs have appeared on his own Facebook page so I assume they are originals. It seems to me that either a lot of people are using this style now or CLET must be a very busy man.
Unknown Artists
As always, if anyone knows who the artists are please let me know in the comments so that I can give the proper credit.
yay, great finds.
Fabulous pieces!
Some great shots I really like Finbarr Dac’s work
Thanks. You’re lucky that he’s based in London. Have you seen the ‘A Pleasure Unknown’ piece on Hanbury St and do you know of any pieces still up? I’m hoping to be in London for a quick visit again soon.
I think that’s gone now replaced with a Ben Slow portrait. I haven’t actually seen anything else that he’s done up close unfortunately. It would be great if he became more active on the street though, he’s a real talent
