The Dancing Camel Brewery (Israel / Tel Aviv), the Oak and Ash Brewery (Israel / Tel Aviv), Two Fellas Brewery (America & Germany / Berlin Pankow) and the Bierfabrik (Germany / Berlin Marzahn) have designed and brewed a beer together ,
Together, a beer recipe was written down and brewed on the same day in Tel Aviv and Berlin. It is a Baltic Porter. A Baltic Porter is a bottom-fermented, dark strong beer, which is particularly popular in the Baltic Sea area. The beer was christened “1872” by the four breweries. This year and this day, 13 November, the Baltic Sea coast from Denmark to Pomerania was hit by the strongest storm flood that the Baltic Sea has ever experienced. Our Baltic Porter was named after this storm surge.
