Since 2017, Straßenbräu and Real Junk Food Project Berlin are collaborating and experimenting with a Bread Beer, as well as hosting events and bringing the foodsaving community in Berlin together.

We are proud to be now releasing the first larger batch of “Brotzeit” bread beer, using rescued organic bread saved by the Real Junk Food Project Berlin.
