Welcome to the next issue of ‘Freibier mit Geschmack’ at Brauhaus Neulich on Friday, 28.09.2018.

This time, there are delicious Schwarzbier creations to taste!
As always, there are 3 different candidates to test and evaluate.

For those who want to know something more specific:

Candidate 1 (yellow) (about 5.0% Alc):
Cold Extraction Malt: Carafa II, Munich, Pilsner
Hops: Saphir
Yeast: Fermentis S-189

Candidate 2 (red) (about 5.0% Alc):
No Cold Extraction Malt: Carafa II, Munich, Pilsner
Hops: Saphir
Yeast: Fermentis S-189

Candidate 3 (blue) (about 5.0% Alc):
Cold Extraction Malt: Carafa II, Munich, Pilsner
Hops: Brewers Gold
Yeast: Fermentis S-189
