I’ve had friends staying the last few days and wanting to send them off to the airport with full stomachs, I took them to one of my favourite Berlin lunch spots, Dolores.
We went to the restaurant on Rosa-Luxemburg-Strasse in Mitte but there is another branch on Bayreuther Strasse, near the KaDeWe.
The monster-size Burritos at Dolores are delicious.
You can build your own Burrito with a choice of: tortilla; Salsa; rice; beans or vegetables; sour cream or cheese and add tofu, chicken or beef; or if that’s just too many decisions to make, have one of the classics.
If my maths is right building your own will allow you to form 1,008 combinations so you should be able to create something you like and you can always try something else next time.
Go to Dolores and give it a go and make sure you take your appetite.
